A Harvard Ed.M. holder, Joyce's former MOSTe program student credits her with life-changing support toward reaching UC Santa Barbara.

About Me

Joyce Smith holds an Ed.M. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Certificate in College Counseling from UC San Diego. One former student, now a senior at UC Santa Barbara, credits Joyce's steady support and encouragement throughout her time in the MOSTe program as central to reaching her educational and future goals — a testament, students say, to the genuine impact Joyce has had on the young people she's worked with.
