About Me
Neila Gharsallah holds a Master of Science in Management Sciences from Stanford, along with a Bachelor's and Master's in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State. She earned her Independent Educational Consultant Certificate from UC Irvine and completed IECA's Summer Training Institute, continuing to build her expertise through regular college visits, conferences, and coursework.
Neila is a member of HECA and an Associate Member of IECA, volunteers as a counselor with the Matchlighters Scholars Program and as a college coach with ScholarMatch supporting low-income, high-achieving students, and has served as a mentor and speaker with Girls in Tech, DC.
