I am an experienced instructor of undergraduate psychology, with a focus in learning, cognition, and human development. As a faculty educator, I am deeply committed to promoting neurodiversity and effective teaching strategies for neurodivergent students and the advancement of people with disabilities in the workplace. As the Director of the Honors Program and a lead faculty member in e-learning as an Accessibility Content Educator, my role extends to program development, curriculum and instructional design, and delivering top-rated instruction. I am recognized for my proficiency in managing faculty and staff, and my strong business acumen in fostering multidisciplinary collaboration and team engagement. I am the 2024 recipient of the You Made A Difference award for my work promoting accessibility and inclusion for neurodivergent students.
