About Me

Audrey Davidow-Lapidus spent 15 years as a magazine editor and the last decade as a college essay editor, watching the college consulting industry grow increasingly stressful and expensive along the way. She's on a mission to help students focus on schools that are genuinely right for them and get through the essay-writing process so they can actually enjoy senior year.

Audrey's work is as much mentoring as it is editing — she helps students find their own voice, clarify their goals, and often discover something new about themselves in the process. As their confidence grows, so does the quality of their essays, and the results follow: over the past decade, more than 93 percent of her students have been admitted to their first- or second-choice school.
