Tom Kovic is founder and Principal Advisor at Victory Collegiate Consulting, overseeing Victory Recruiting's services and advising families and student-athletes through the college athletics recruiting process. Over 16 years, he's successfully guided more than 800 candidates to top colleges and universities.
Tom has delivered countless recruiting seminars nationwide since launching Victory Recruiting in 2006, presenting at the US National Lacrosse Convention, USA Gymnastics National Congress, and the IECA National Convention, and authored Reaching for Excellence: An Educational Guide for College Athletics Recruiting. He's been interviewed by Forbes, the Huffington Post, and AOL Entrepreneur, and spent 19 seasons as Head Coach of Gymnastics at the University of Pennsylvania, leading the Quakers to 8 Ivy League Team Championships and earning ECAC and NCAA Regional Coach of the Year honors.
