I support students through the entire process of college admissions, beginning with self-discovery assessments, high school classes, career planning, college list building, developing an application strategy and guidance, assisting with essay brainstorming and writing, offer scholarship advice, and provide financial aid information and assistance. I specialize in serving first-generation, underrepresented students from low-income backgrounds. My work includes closely working with families by providing support and information during this entire process.

About Me

My background includes over 30 years of teaching students that includes children with learning disabilities. I have also worked at a highschool as a College & Career Advisor that included supporting all grade levels in career development, interfaced with guidance counselors, and pulled out small groups in the special education department for post-secondary guidance. Currently, I work as an independent counselor supporting high school and transfer students.
