Darcy has a master’s degree in school counseling from The George Washington University and several years of experience as a college counselor, school counselor, teacher, counseling program director, and even as an ACT and SAT tutor. Through Darcy’s employment and studies, she has gained in-depth knowledge of the college application and acceptance process, career and personal counseling, human development, guidance, management, program development, and communication. She also possesses exceptional writing skills.

About Me

Darcy truly feels that she has found in college counseling what she loves to do, and now that she is a part of Collegewise in San Antonio, she has also found the place where she loves to do it.



Philosophically, Darcy does not feel that every student fits into a single mold, and she believes that there are wonderful schools out there with unique attributes and personalities. The pleasure of her work at Collegewise is in matching her students with these schools. Ultimately, this leads to better admissions and scholarship outcomes while also simply creating a more joyful experience.
