A Columbia MSW grad whose thesis was published in the Journal for Higher Education, Bettina's Westchester practice now spans Latin America, Asia, and Europe.

About Me

Bettina Weil holds a Master's from Columbia University's School of Social Work, with her thesis on College Access and Retention for First Generation Students published in the Journal for Higher Education. Since 2007, she's advised students and parents on everything from high school planning to college transition and career orientation, previously serving as Director of College Programs at Yonkers Partners in Education and Dean of High School Partnerships and Academic Initiatives at SUNY.

Bettina founded Weil College Advising, a boutique firm in Westchester, NY, whose reach has grown organically into Latin America, Asia, and Europe. She's completed IECA's Training Institute and advanced seminars at the Goddard Foundation, is a Professional Member of IECA and HECA, and regularly trains and mentors other consultants. Born and raised in Buenos Aires, she moved to New York in 1994 and now lives in Westchester with her husband and two dogs, having raised five sons.
