About Me

Dr. Pamela Ng's career spans admissions and higher education roles at Stanford and Harvard, including service on Stanford's Admissions Committee for undergraduate and high school summer programs since 2013. She earned her BA at Harvard, MS at Georgetown, and PhD in Neuroscience and Psychiatry at Stanford, followed by postdoctoral work in Stanford's Department of Anesthesia and Pain Management and a faculty role in Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences.

Over the past decade, Pam has taught and mentored high school students in both lab and classroom settings, and looks forward to continuing that work with STEM and humanities students alike. She's also served on Stanford's admissions committees for medical students and PsyD candidates. A member of NACAC and IECA (abiding by its Code of Ethics), Pam spends her free time climbing and hiking outdoors.
