Favorite supplemental essay prompt: Elon University's "We're in your hometown. Where should we go and what should we do? Tell us about your hometown"
Fun fact: One of my passions outside of education is veganism.
McKenzie's advice for students: "You don't need to have a sob story to write an impactful essay."
