About Me
Dr. Brenda Gerhardt is the founder of Gerhardt Educational Endeavors. As a first-generation college student herself, she believes everyone deserves the chance to pursue their dream of a college education. She holds a BS in Science Education from Ohio State, an MA in School Counseling from Eastern Michigan University, and a PhD in Counselor Education from Ohio State, with broad experience across public, private, suburban, and urban schools.
With over 20 years in education and current Ohio licenses as a teacher, school counselor, and administrator, Brenda understands that school counselors — while highly qualified — are often stretched thin by large caseloads. She provides the individualized time and attention many students need, and welcomes students with learning differences, IEPs, 504 plans, and other support needs, helping guide the transition from high school to college.
