About Me
Ginny Johnson has spent over twenty years as a dedicated College Consultant and Career Counselor in public schools, guiding more than 18,000 students and visiting over 500 colleges and universities along the way. She began her career as a Registered Nurse across major institutions coast to coast — including University Hospitals of Cleveland, Barnes Hospital in St. Louis, UCLA Medical Center, and City of Hope — before earning her MS from Villanova and moving into school counseling to serve people at an even deeper level.
Ginny founded Pathways to Admission to help families navigate the overly complicated college and graduate school process, specializing in Allied Health fields and students with learning differences, and holds over 60 post-graduate credit hours plus a certificate in Learning Differences and Neurodiversity. She's a professional member of IECA (serving on its Learning Disabilities Committee) and HECA, past president of PACAC, a member of NACAC's President's Council and Inclusion, Access and Success Committee, a National Certified Counselor, and a College Board Access Ambassador.
