My love for international education began at age 12, when I convinced friends to join me for a summer in England. Fast forward, and I’m now an ICF-certified admission advisor, NACAC Member, official British Council Agent, and part of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Board, guiding students to unlock their global potential.

About Me

Elsa is dedicated to assisting students in reaching their full potential - both during their college experience and beyond. She earned a Bsc. in Business Studies from Bayes Business School, City, University of London ( London, United Kingdom) & a Master in Management from IE Business School ( Madrid, Spain). Prior to Your World Education lab, Elsa was designing faculty-led programs for world leading business schools including Harvard, Cornell, Columbia, Dartmouth, NYU, ESSEC among others. She was also leading IE University's undergraduate admissions and recruitment efforts in the Northeast of the USA where she has recruited students and organized events across the USA & Canada.
