About Me
When I founded Peak College Consulting in 2014, it was the perfect blend of two passions that have shaped my life: education and entrepreneurship.
My career began in the classroom, where I taught middle school students and discovered the immense reward of guiding young people during such a pivotal time in their lives. After stepping away from public education to raise my four children, I spent several years leading a multi-million dollar company, managing over 200 contracted employees. The business world was exciting and challenging, but something was missing — the connection, the impact, the chance to help students grow into confident young adults.
That calling led me back to education. I pursued specialized training in educational consulting, completed the Summer Institute at Swarthmore College, and became a professional member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA). In 2024, I earned the Certified Educational Planner (CEP) designation from the American Institute of Certified Educational Planners (AICEP) — the highest credential in our profession, demonstrating excellence and commitment to helping students navigate their educational journeys.
Today, at Peak College Consulting, I’m proud to lead a team of talented consultants who believe, as I do, that every student deserves a personalized path to success. We work with students across the U.S. and around the world, helping them build strong applications, discover colleges where they will thrive, and make confident, informed choices about their futures.
What inspires me every day is seeing students uncover their potential and take ownership of their next chapter, not just getting into college, but finding the right place to grow.
With more than 60 five-star reviews and a long list of student success stories, Peak College Consulting has become a trusted partner for families navigating the college admissions process. It’s a privilege to do this work, and I’m honored to be part of each student’s journey.
"Empowering students. Building futures. Making dreams possible."
