Kaara is in her 12th year of education. She is a graduate of both Central Connecticut State University and holds a Masters's degree from Southern New Hampshire University. Over the past 7 years, Kaara has served as a college counselor, summer programs director, Director of College and Career for a charter high school, and the project director on a federally funded grant for the USDOE.
