Ashmita has an unparalleled passion for education. The opportunity to teach and nurture young minds drives her work. She has 15+ years of experience in running various education-focused programs. She set up a non-profit organization in 2006, while still in high school, to organize educational conferences, workshops, and programs for high school students. After successfully running the organization, she also set up an academy to offer soft skills training to students and corporates.

For the last 9 years, Ashmita has been with Foundation Global Education, an educational consultancy in Hong Kong. She has managed training for 200+ students to help them develop their interests, build confidence and skills to apply to various schools/universities in the U.S, the U.K. as well as locally in Hong Kong. She currently manages a team of 30+ members and is responsible for strategic decisions at the company.
