Suraj Bajaj spent over 12 years at leading investment banks and Big 4 accounting firms, where alongside his core role he was deeply involved in recruiting new graduates and lateral hires — work that revealed his real passion for helping people navigate their careers. He followed that passion into Collegepond in 2003, where he now serves as head counsellor and CEO, helping students with career counseling while also guiding the company's strategic direction.
