A Winsor School and Lesley University grad, Dana taught at Milton Academy and Cincinnati-area schools before founding her own independent consulting practice.

About Me

Dana Pease holds a Master's in Education from Lesley University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Vermont, and is a proud graduate of The Winsor School in Boston, where her teachers first inspired her to pursue a career in education. She began teaching at Milton Academy outside Boston, then moved to Cincinnati Country Day School, Graland Country Day School in Denver, and eventually The Seven Hills School back in Cincinnati.

Dana's lifelong passion for individualizing instruction for students and families led her into educational consulting. With deep experience across independent school settings and extensive involvement on admission committees, she's an active associate member of IECA and builds her practice on the integrity and trust she establishes with each family, always accessible as she works to match students with their best-fit schools and colleges. Dana, her husband Jamie, and their two high school children live in Cincinnati with their dog, Birdie — and while she works locally with families considering independent schools and colleges, she also consults virtually with students nationwide.
