A former Duke and William & Mary admissions officer, Amy now visits 25+ campuses a year as founder of MyCollegeFit and mother of a Division I athlete.

About Me

Amy Jasper, Founder and Principal Consultant of MyCollegeFit, brings a calm, objective voice to a process that's often anything but — helping students discover their strengths and interests while serving as a bridge between parent and teen. Her experience spans both sides of the admissions desk over more than two decades, including undergraduate admissions roles at Duke, William & Mary, Dickinson College, and the University of Richmond, where she evaluated up to 1,000 applications per cycle.

Amy later served as Director of College Counseling at a college preparatory school, guiding students through the full search and application process, and now visits 25+ campuses a year to maintain her network of admissions colleagues. As the mother of two college graduates — one a Division I athlete — she brings both professional and personal perspective to her work. She holds a BA in Economics from William & Mary, a Master's in Public Administration from Old Dominion, an ICF Academic Life Coach Certificate, and completed the IECA Summer Training Institute.
