PORTFOLIO AND PROGRAM/PROJECT MANAGEMENT
As a professional with over twenty years in molecular diagnostics and life sciences, I have experience in PMA, 510(k), CE-IVD and RUO. I also have working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 820 QSR and ISO 13485. I use my skills in leading and managing global and domestic clinical projects including complex alliances involving multiple partners. I have extensive experience in building infrastructure and portfolio and project management processes in new businesses.

I manage relationships, contracts, business and deliverables with partner companies.

About Me

Alice is a proud parent of a former ILUMIN student. Having had first-hand experience seeing how ILUMIN Education makes a positive impact on students’ lives, Alice joined the consulting team with a passion to share her experience with other families with similar needs. Alice came to the US for college and has worked in biotechnology in the Bay Area for over 25 years. She understands the challenge and expectations that both students and families are facing. At ILUMIN, she works with a wide variety of students including international students from China.

Alice graduated with a B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and received a Ph.D. in Microbiology and Immunology from Stanford University. She speaks both Cantonese and Mandarin.
