About Me

Eve Cooper worked her way through a series of corporate administrative roles after high school before discovering her real calling was working directly with people. She graduated with Distinction from Sonoma State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a minor in Psychology, having worked her way from community college to a four-year degree without family financial support — an achievement that built her confidence and ignited a genuine love of learning.

Eve earned her M.A. in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy from Sonoma State in 2003, later immersing herself in UC Berkeley's College Counseling program and earning a certificate in College Admissions and Career Advising in 2017. Based in Novato, CA, she provides college and career counseling across Marin, Sonoma, and the SF Bay Area and online nationwide, with particular fulfillment supporting low-income, first-generation students, and belongs to HECA, IECA, and WACAC.
