About Me
Josh Berger graduated summa cum laude from Chapman University in 2018 with a BS in Business Administration and a minor in Leadership Studies. He believes the business world is full of managers and executives but too few genuine leaders — people with a real, vested interest in solving the problems of those they serve, not just hitting the bottom line.
Josh brings a values-driven leadership philosophy centered on passion, purpose, productivity, positivity, and service to his work — grounded in the belief that service and profit aren't mutually exclusive, and aimed at empowering people to lead easier, more enjoyable, and more equitable lives.
