A Certified Educational Planner since 2014, Larry has guest-instructed at IECA's Summer Training Institute and serves on a university's admissions board.

About Me

Larry Blumenstyk directs the College Admissions Program at Learning Associates, a graduate of Cornell University and New England School of Law. He served as an interviewer and county chairperson for the Cornell Alumni Secondary School Committee, meeting hundreds of applicants over the years — an interest deepened by watching his own children compete as student-athletes at Cornell and Colby College.

A Certified Educational Planner since 2014 — a credential recognizing the field's highest level of competence — Larry is a Professional Member of IECA, a past HECA member, and a member of NJACAC and NACAC, having served on multiple IECA committees and as a guest instructor at its Summer Training Institute. He speaks regularly to schools and parent groups, visits dozens of colleges each year, and serves on a Southeast university's National Admissions Advisory Board.
