I provide personalized 1:1 college counseling for high school students and families. Based in the New Jersey/Pennsylvania area, my services include high school academic planning, college research and list building, application preparation, college essay brainstorming and editing, resume and activities list development, and organization and time management. I offer both in-person and virtual college counseling, providing individualized guidance to help students stay organized, reduce stress, build confidence and successfully navigate every step of the college admissions process.

With a Master’s Degree in Counseling and a Student Personnel Services Certification, I bring more than 25 years of experience as a high school counselor in Northern New Jersey. Throughout my career, I have worked with thousands of students and families on high school academic planning, college preparation, and the college admissions process.

As an experienced college counselor, I have helped countless students navigate the college admissions landscape, develop personalized college lists, identify the right college fit, and confidently prepare for the application process. My background as both a professional counselor and a parent of four children who have experienced the college admissions journey gives me a unique perspective on the emotional, social, and academic pressures students and families face throughout high school.

My approach to college counseling is personalized, supportive, and student-centered. I focus on helping students recognize their strengths, clarify their goals, build confidence, and develop the organization and time-management skills needed to successfully manage academics and the college application process. Through individualized guidance and encouragement, I empower students to take ownership of their college journey and make informed decisions about their future.
