After 17.5 years in school counseling in the San Francisco Bay Area, I have recently moved to Florence, Italy for my first international education posting!

Passion for international education led me to found Wanderlust College Counseling in January 2023

About Me

I’m Dafna Adler, and I hope to have the opportunity to work with you! I have been a school counselor for nearly two decades in the San Francisco Bay Area and have worked with thousands of high school students to plan and dream about their futures. I’ve also immensely enjoyed independent counseling for several years, where I’ve supported students in understanding and completing applications, writing college essays, building comprehensive college lists, planning campus visits, and presenting their best selves. I recently relocated to Florence, Italy, where I continue both school-based and independent counseling. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in French Studies from Mills College and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology with Emphasis in Educational Counseling from University of San Francisco.
