About Me
Sue Lewak was twice honored with Outstanding Teaching Recognition Awards and received the Teaching Excellence Award from UCLA's English department, where she taught literature and film as a Lecturer and Graduate TA/Instructor. She also spent three years as a College Academic Mentor within UCLA's College of Letters and Sciences, guiding undergraduates on course and major selection and post-graduate opportunities, and worked as an Instructional Technology Consultant helping faculty integrate digital tools into the classroom.
Sue's graduate work in Visual Anthropology at USC included supporting international students through the Office of International Students and Scholars and researching their academic pathways in the U.S. — global insight she brings directly into her work today mentoring high school students, college students, and adult learners through admissions, writing, major selection, graduate planning, and career transitions. She holds a Certificate in Independent Educational Consulting from UC Irvine, is MBTI and Strong Interest Inventory certified, and belongs to IECA and WACAC.
