About Me

With a Master of Education from the University of Cincinnati, I became a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor-Supervisor (LPCC-S) in Ohio. For over 30 years, I have provided counseling services and consulted with schools and community groups on a variety of topics. After moving to California in 2011, I earned my California license and am excited to be providing counseling and consulting services again, now out of my Murrieta office.

Over the years I have developed an integrative approach which draws from Cognitive Behavioral, Rational-Emotive, Solution-Focused, Rogerian, Gestalt, and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. I work with individuals of all ages to assist them in managing a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, and trauma. I will partner with you to develop solutions that are unique to your personal needs.
