My mission is to help students find their purpose through alternative pathways. I hold a Master's degree from Simmons University, School of Social Work. I've spent years in the mental health field, gaining diverse skills and experience.

I've worked with a variety of individuals. This includes young adults on the autistic spectrum, those with learning differences, individuals with emotional disturbances, substance abuse issues, and homeless families. My approach centers on connecting with people and empowering them to lead their best lives. I use proven methods and focus on your unique strengths.

About Me

My journey led me to pursue a Certificate in College Counseling from UCLA Extension. From then on, I've served as a mentor for first-generation students and individuals from diverse backgrounds. I've directed my students to reach their higher education objectives and helped them find suitable employment. In my role as a college counselor, I've also helped my students find career paths for their personal growth. In addition, I've also supported homeless families by guiding them in their job search by offering interview coaching to help break the cycles of poverty.

Inspired by my journey, I recognized the need to help those facing the uncertainty of rising college tuition and job opportunities. This realization led me to start Alternative Pathways. My goal is to empower individuals to explore alternative paths. Including those who’ve left college and individuals seeking a transformative career change.

I combine my expertise as an educational coach and mental health therapist. I am a resource for navigating both the professional and emotional dimensions of your journey. Young adults often struggle to choose the right educational path and career. There isn't a right or wrong way of doing this.
