Laura Ciccone began her career in public accounting at a Big 4 firm, serving Fortune 100 pharmaceutical clients, where years of coaching and mentoring college interns and first-year associates sparked her real passion: building environments that promote inclusion, engagement, and individual growth. That passion led her to open Class 101 in New Jersey, bringing her mentoring background directly into helping students navigate their own path to college.
