Joshua Paul Schmidt works with families directly and through school counselors and financial advisors, helping optimize financial aid eligibility and find schools that genuinely fit a family's budget. He's equally focused on the admissions side — helping students find and articulate their authentic self rather than relying solely on grades, test scores, or a single passion project.

Joshua calls his approach helping students find their "true north" — a personal journey he believes is possible in high school rather than waiting (expensively) for college. His process spans helping students build a personal brand, choose schools with strong ROI, position their applications strategically, and help parents plan and maximize financial aid, all while connecting students to mentors in the fields they hope to pursue.
