About Me
Renée Serrano earned her B.S. in Communication Disorders and Counseling from UMass Amherst and her M.Ed. in Higher Education and Administration from Northeastern University, with work experience at Tufts, Northeastern, and Endicott College.
A member of NEACAC and IECA, Renée stays current through admissions conferences, campus visits, and meetings with admissions counselors, and believes the college process can be a genuinely exciting adventure for families rather than just a source of stress. She lives in North Andover, Massachusetts with her husband, and their three children have attended Indiana University, USC, and Harvard.
