August Consulting is an independent education consultancy that guides students and their families through the college planning process–from building college lists, course selection, essay writing, advising on SAT/ACT testing, financial aid and merit scholarship guidance, considering Early Decision/Early Action options, and advising on a final college selection.

About Me

The face behind August Consulting, Louise Larsen, is a mom of three who lives in Rumson, NJ.

Louise has a B.A. in Economics and Spanish from St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY and a Masters in Teaching from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, OR.

She has earned an Independent Educational Consultant Certificate from UC Irvine in Irvine, CA.
