With nearly twenty years as a professional educator and mentor, I am the co-founder and president of Growing Minds Academic Achievement Centers, a full-service tutoring, test prep, and college counseling service. With tremendous experience both in and out of the classroom, I developed innovative, forward-thinking programs that promote inclusion and differentiated instruction. Through Growing Minds, I am able to bring my passion and vision of an educational center to life helping students of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels achieve their academic goals in a dynamic, individualized, and highly effective manner. I am particularly proud of my abilities as a college counselor, helping clients gain admission to top universities both nationally and internationally. I believe that preparation for college begins in high school. For me, the whole plan has to focus on practical, achievable goals. I pride myself on my ability to identify students’ skills and refine the process for the best possible results, as our many satisfied clients will attest.

While pursuing her Master’s degree, Milly focused on gifted children and the various programs available throughout the country that identify and foster individual needs. With seven years experience in the classroom, Milly developed programs that promote inclusion and differentiated instruction. Seeking an opportunity to incorporate her passion for teaching throughout different mediums, Milly co-founded Growing Minds. Milly brings to Growing Minds her life vision of an educational center that assists students with academic goals in a realistic, individualized, and highly effective manner.
