About Me

Consultant. Boston/Virtual. Melissa has extensive experience working as an independent educational consultant, helping both US and international students with the college admissions and application process from start to finish.



In 2015 she moved to the south shore of Boston, having previously lived and worked as an educational consultant in Bethesda, MD and London, England. She volunteers with the Sutton Trust Program in connection with the Fulbright Association and the Trinity College Admissions Office. She is an active Professional member of IECA and has her Certificate in College Counseling from UCLA.

Before becoming an educational consultant, Melissa practiced family and special education law, and worked as Associate Director of the Office of Professional Development at Catholic University’s Columbus School of Law, also the law school from where she received her law degree. Melissa is from the Washington, DC area, having graduated from The Holton-Arms School. She went on to receive her B.A in Sociology from Trinity College, after studying abroad at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland.
