About Me

Laurie Erceg has built a 35-year career spanning business, healthcare, and education, including 25 years as a college and high school teacher — experience that led her into career and academic advising, family engagement workshops, and presentations for parents, children, and teens. She also provides professional development for teachers and administrators, helping them build classrooms that support equity and belonging.

Laurie holds a Bachelor's in Vocational Education from CSU Sacramento and a teaching credential from San Jose State, and integrates principles from the Love and Logic® program into her work helping parents and educators build effective behavior management skills. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, she considers it a privilege to work with families, schools, and community organizations.
