I have devoted my education and career to the helping professions as a School Counselor, Behavior Specialist and Director of School and Community Behavioral Health programs. This background lends itself beautifully to my work as a Life Coach, partnering with both teens and adults to support growth and forward movement.

About Me

2022 was a year of total transformation for me. I now am part of a club I never asked to join. I am a cancer survivor of stage 4 Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the tongue.

2023 was a year of healing as I built back to the energy level I needed to thrive. And that’s what it’s all about - not just surviving - but thriving!!

While I have always focused my work on helping individuals build a growth mindset and foster resilience, I find that it has an even deeper meaning for me now, following my year of treatment, recovery and continued healing. I now come from a deeper place of knowing that you can emerge on the other side of a traumatic experience with more understanding and purpose.

I have also co-founded a non-profit, The Brass Ring Project, that financially supports our efforts working with teens, bringing that individualized life and career planning services to youth and families that might not otherwise be able to afford it.
