About Me

Attending college as an adult, in combination with my role as the parent of a college bound high school student, has given me a unique perspective. There is a lack of sufficient time being dedicated to the college selection process for our students. In addition to that critical problem, there is a lack of comprehensive knowledge available to parents regarding college planning. The identification of these needs became the impetus for College GPS.

College planning evolves every year. The rules that dictate the process change so frequently that even the most caring, proactive parents struggle to keep up without making costly mistakes. I can help.

I hold workshops for schools, churches and businesses, where families can get the information they need to help their students. I also work in a 1 on 1 setting with individual families to create a successful college plan for busy families who don’t have the time to become college planning experts.
