Phoebe A. Gilmore is a Pittsburgh-based lawyer whose practice is focused on the intersection of medicine, public policy, and the law.
Phoebe earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Writing from the University of Pittsburgh in 2018. Following her undergraduate career, Phoebe earned a full-tuition scholarship to attend Penn State Law, where she graduated with her Juris Doctor in 2021.
While in law school, Phoebe was an advocate for the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court team, served indigent clients as a clinical student for Penn State Law’s Family Law Clinic, and worked as a health law research assistant, specifically focusing on the regulation of state-funded methadone clinics. During law school, Phoebe also completed internships with Elliott Group and Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, where she primarily focused on regulatory compliance and corporate affairs.
