About Me

Arvia Hall spent over 20 years as an accomplished leader within Fortune 500 organizations before turning her engineering background — an Industrial Engineering degree from Georgia Tech — toward college planning. As valedictorian of her 525-student high school class, she still faced missed opportunities and regrets in her own admissions journey, including not finishing her degree debt-free, and that experience became the seed of her passion for early college preparation.

That passion "exploded," in her words, about a decade ago while preparing her own daughter for college. Arvia applies the same analytical rigor from her engineering career to college planning, rallying parents to attend college fairs and test-prep bootcamps and advocating with high school counselors on behalf of students in her church. When her own daughter earned more than $600,000 in scholarships, she knew she'd found her calling. She's an IECA Associate Member.
