About Me

Alison Hoffman graduated from Harvard with a degree in Economics and served as a Harvard alumni interviewer for twenty years before becoming a college counselor. She earned her Certificate in College Counseling with Distinction from UCLA, then worked for two years at the Waring School in Beverly alongside the Director of College Counseling, helping students complete applications and hosting admissions representatives throughout the fall.

Alison later became an independent counselor to offer more individualized attention, co-founding C3 Collaborative with two colleagues. A member of IECA, she attends professional conferences annually and visits many colleges each year, speaking directly with students, admissions officers, and faculty to understand each school's true culture.
