For the past seven years, Spencer has worked closely with students on the labyrinthine process of college admissions. He has helped applicants of all kinds, from dance majors to software engineers, from English majors to premed students, and everything in between, with expertise in both undergraduate and graduate school admissions. Spencer attended Columbia University, where he studied literature, music, philosophy, film, music theory, composition, and jazz studies as an American Studies major with a concentration in Music.

Outside of his work as an educational consultant, Spencer works as a music artist and composer for film and video games.
