About Me

Ricki Benjamin is founder and owner of CollegeSage, a boutique college counseling firm in Wellesley, MA, working as an independent college counselor since 2012. Before that, she spent nine years at the Harvard Kennedy School as a senior admissions officer, overseeing the full admissions process and personally evaluating hundreds of applications each year.

Ricki holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from Boston College and a Bachelor of Science from Penn State, with earlier experience in management consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers and residential life and career services at two Boston-area universities. A member of IECA, she's built a practice families return to time and again, and lives in Wellesley with her husband, two children, and their lab, with a family goal of hiking all 48 of New Hampshire's 4,000-foot peaks.
