Cathy Ganley brings a background steeped in higher education to her work guiding clients through every step of admissions — from choosing colleges and building a resume to test prep, applications, financial aid, and scholarships. She grew up in Arlington County, attended O'Connell High School, and raised her own three children in Fairfax County, giving her genuine insight into what today's teens are navigating.

Many call Cathy the "teen whisperer" for her intuitive understanding of how teens think and what motivates them — something she jokes may come from years of trying to get her own kids to listen.
