Joshua enjoys building rapport with students and their families and understanding their needs and goals. He has experience helping students from every background including STEM, humanities, pre-med, and transfer students gain admission to the most selective universities in the US. Joshua understands that this process can be daunting, so he prioritizes managing the calendar to ensure that families are aware of important tasks and deadlines every step of the way.

About Me

Joshua has a BS in Political Science from Texas A&M University and is currently in Chicago, Illinois. Joshua grew up in Texas, then worked in Shanghai, before making his way to Chicago - he's had the opportunity to work with both American and international students and their families since 2012, helping them to develop their summer schedules, build college lists, brainstorm and edit their Common App, UC, and supplemental essays to build a compelling admissions profile. Joshua has also worked with students to achieve their exam goals and tutored students in the SAT, ACT, GMAT, GRE, and LSAT.
