bio

As a College Counselor at San Francisco High School of the Arts, I specialize in guiding students and their families through the high school journey, from academic growth to college preparation. The unique focus on classical arts at our school fosters essential skills like creativity, perseverance, and emotional intelligence, which are invaluable for success both in and beyond the classroom.

Supporting students during these transformative years is my greatest reward. Whether it’s selecting the right colleges, crafting compelling applications, or helping students build confidence, my goal is to empower them to achieve their aspirations.

About Me

With a Doctorate in Pharmacy and years of experience as an inpatient pharmacist, I have gained a deep appreciation for the discipline and dedication needed to achieve meaningful success. Along the way, I’ve embraced diverse opportunities, fueling my passion for helping high school students uncover and pursue the possibilities in their own lives.

As a College Counselor at San Francisco High School of the Arts, I am continually inspired by how classical arts cultivate essential soft skills like creativity, perseverance, and emotional intelligence. These qualities not only enrich students’ academic journeys but also prepare them for success far beyond the classroom.

Guiding students through the transformative high school years—a time of growth, self-discovery, and preparation for the future—is the most rewarding part of my work. By combining my academic background with empathetic support, I aim to empower students to see their potential and confidently pursue their aspirations.
