A former Lehman Brothers fixed-income analyst, Alexandra became her friends' 'research queen' guiding her three sons to Santa Clara, St Andrews, and Kenyon.

About Me

Alexandra Beaumont majored in Modern Women and African American History at Tufts University, where she also captained the Equestrian Team. Her career included serving as President and Chief Fundraiser of a student nonprofit raising over $1,000,000 annually and speaking at rallies of over 10,000 students, followed by a stint as a Fixed-Income Analyst at Lehman Brothers, where she met her husband, Perry.

As a full-time mother raising three sons through five private secondary schools and multiple public school districts, Alexandra became — in her friends' words — the "research queen," digging deep into every school's academics, sports, dorms, and culture during each of her sons' college searches (now graduates of Santa Clara, St Andrews, and Kenyon College). That knowledge eventually led her to counsel friends and their children professionally; she's a Professional member of IECA with an Independent Educational Consultant certificate from UC Irvine. She lives in Wilton, CT, is an avid horseback rider and tennis player, and shares her home with a Black Lab named Buddy and a rescue puppy named Buzz.
