With over 25 years of experience in higher education teaching and advising, Kelly is passionate about coaching students to become the best version of themselves throughout high school and the college admissions process. Kelly loves helping students identify their strengths and effectively communicate their character, personal traits, and authentic selves across all aspects of their applications.

About Me


Before creating and running her own successful education consulting company, Kelly began her college advising career as an essay coach. She understands that personal statements and supplemental essays are tools to distinguish students from the thousands of other applicants. Kelly has a successful track record helping students find the perfect college fit and gain admission into top universities across the United States.

Kelly graduated from University of Oregon with a BA in Journalism and earned an MFA in Creative Writing from Antioch University prior to teaching College Academic Writing and College Success.
