My role is to understand your student and how their personality, work ethic and career goals match with the academic rigor of colleges and universities. Spending time with students as they learn about themselves and dream about their futures brings me a deep sense of satisfaction. I fully understand the immense opportunity and privilege I am given with each student under my care, and appreciate the trust parents place in me. I keep my practice small so each student is provided thoughtful, coordinated and consistent counsel.

About Me

Exploring and applying to college should be a fun and exciting endeavor as students learn more about themselves and the options for their future. Let me help your student navigate the process so you can enjoy time with your child, instead of managing them.

In 2021 I earned a Certificate in College Counseling from UCLA, awarded with Distinction. I hold a BS in Public Administration from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Boston University. I have 20 years of experience as a management consultant, served 10 years on school parent boards at all school levels, and I am a CASA (court-appointed special advocate) for children in the foster care system.

Leveraging my peer network, associate membership with IECA, membership in the WOW writing community, PNACAC, and attendance at over 60 college admissions sessions and a growing list of campus visits, I’ll help identify best-fit schools for your student and coach them through the application and admissions process.

My combined experiences provide a unique opportunity to use my project management skills to assist students and families juggling the multifaceted aspect of admissions and to provide deep research and counsel to students as they complete their college applications. College admissions is stressful, but it doesn't have to be if you have the right consultant guiding the way.
