An IECA Board member who co-founded its LGBTQIA+ Affinity Group, Suzanne lives in Phoenix as a devoted Diamondbacks fan.

About Me

Suzanne Lewis brings nearly thirty years as an educator to her work as founder of Meridian Educational Consulting (2016), having taught high school English at every level, coordinated gifted and AP programs, and served as a college counselor — plus her own experience as a public school parent of two young adults. She holds a Master's in Education from Arizona State and a graduate certificate in College Counseling from UCLA, with current Arizona teaching and school counseling certifications.

Suzanne is deeply active in IECA, serving on its Board of Directors and multiple committees, co-founding its LGBTQIA+ & Allies Affinity Group, and teaching for its Summer Training Institute, alongside membership in NACAC and RMACAC. She lives in downtown Phoenix with her husband and mini schnauzer, is a tribal citizen of Citizen Potawatomi Nation, an LGBTQIA2S+ ally, and a longtime Arizona Diamondbacks fan.
