About Me

Founded by Inny Kim, who was born to a first-generation immigrant family and also a mother to 3 sons, she leads our team and excels in personalized college fit, competitive internships, and impactful community service. With over 20 years in college consulting, Inny’s unique expertise includes roles as Princeton Review Academic Director, Dean of Students, AP/Honors teacher, and coach of golf, tennis, and soccer. She and her team customize standout applications through academic advising and leadership development. Inny graduated a year early from high school and simultaneously earned an A.A. degree through dual enrollment at age 15. She graduated from Amherst College and holds a Master of Education degree from Harvard University.
